CAMBA Learning to Work (LTW) program works with Independence High School (IHS) to re-engage students who have fallen behind in their credits. The goal of the LTW program is to assist students in overcoming barriers that prevented their success towards graduation.

The Internship Developer (ID) at IHS place students at paid internship sites. IDs conduct weekly seminars to help students develop work skills.
