We are no longer accepting applications for the second trimester. 

 If you have filled out an application, you have been placed on our waiting list and will be invited for an interview when space is available.

We are a trimester school with rolling admissions, but we strongly encourage students to apply prior to the start of each term. (Trimesters begin September, December, March)

Independence High School is seeking transfer applicants who are committed to maintaining 80% or higher attendance and who will contribute to a positive and peaceful school community. We consider all applicants on a case-by case basis.
